Every Ace Homes new build is backed by Alberta New Home Warranty plus our own post-move service program. The warranty terms below summarize coverage. Full terms are provided in your buyer package at handover.

Alberta New Home Warranty coverage

All new Ace Homes builds are enrolled in Alberta New Home Warranty (ANHWP), which provides 1-year materials and labour, 2-year delivery and distribution systems, 5-year building envelope, and 10-year structural coverage.

Post-move service program

In addition to ANHWP, Ace Homes provides a post-move service program for the first 12 months. We respond to routine service requests within one week and address any deficiencies identified at the 11-month walk-through before warranty year one closes.

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, and modifications or alterations made after handover are not covered under warranty. Acts of God and damage from natural disasters are also excluded.
