A lot of new home builders in Calgary call themselves custom and hand you a catalogue. We don't. Every Ace project starts with a blank page, a lot, and a conversation about how you live.

From there, our in-house team works with you on floor plans, elevations, interior finishes, and material selections. Nothing is locked in until you're confident in it. On site, one project manager coordinates every trade. You get weekly updates, a fixed budget, and a dated delivery.

Final cost depends on lot price, square footage, and finish level. Ace prices fixed before mobilization, so the budget you sign on day one is the budget you possess on. We walk every client through a detailed line-item budget before any contract is signed.
From signed contract to keys, a typical Ace custom build runs six to nine months. Design and permitting before that adds another two to four months depending on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the city. We give you a realistic delivery window from day one and update it monthly.
No. We help clients evaluate lots before purchase. We can walk a property with you, flag setback or grading issues, and give you a feasibility read on what can actually be built there before you commit. If you already own a lot, we work from where you are.
Yes. Once the design is finalized and the contract is signed, your price is locked. You are protected from material cost increases and trade rate changes during the build window. Change orders during construction are scoped and priced before any work begins.
No separate architect needed. Our in-house design team handles floor plans, elevations, 3D renders, material selections, and interiors. Everything stays under one roof and one accountable team.
Every Ace home is backed by Progressive Home Warranty. We schedule 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins after possession to handle any deficiency items, and the warranty continues from there.
