Discovery call
We cover your lot or lot plans, your timeline, rough budget, and the scope you have in mind. You ask us anything about the process.

Rough budget and scope
Within a week of the call we send a realistic ballpark for your project, based on what you shared and comparable builds we've delivered.

Design phase begins
If it's a fit on both sides, we sign a design agreement and start drawing your home. From there, we move into the full Ace build process.
