How a renovation runs
From walk-through to keys.
Renovations have more unknowns than new builds. Our process is built around catching them early so the budget and timeline you sign on day one are the ones you possess on.

Walk and quote
We visit the home, listen to what isn't working, and quote a feasibility scope. Free, no commitment, and we'll be honest about whether the renovation makes financial sense versus a teardown.
- 02
Design and selections
Floor plans, elevations, finish selections, and material boards. You see the home before we touch it, and we lock the budget once you sign off.
- 03
Demolition and rebuild
On-site team manages demo, structural changes, mechanical, finish carpentry, and trades. One project manager, weekly updates, dated delivery.
- 04
Possession and aftercare
Final walkthrough, deficiency list, and 30/60/90-day check-ins. Progressive Home Warranty applies to the renovated scope.
