How we build

From first call to keys in hand.

Every Ace build follows the same six steps. The pace varies, the standard does not.

Discovery
We start with how you live, not what you want built. Family, work, hosting, hobbies, the things you'd quietly want a home to do better. The brief comes from there.

Design
Floor plans, elevations, 3D renders, material boards. Drawn in-house and refined with you across as many rounds as it takes to land it.

Permits and pricing
Municipal permits, utility coordination, and a fixed-price construction quote. You sign one contract for the entire scope and know the full budget before we break ground.

Build
Six to nine months on site with one project manager, weekly walkthrough video, photo updates, and a single point of contact. The same team that designed the home builds it.

Handoff
Final walkthroughs, deficiency lists addressed, occupancy paperwork, and warranty registered under Progressive Home Warranty. We hand you the keys with a binder you'll actually use.

Aftercare
Thirty, sixty, and ninety-day check-ins. Structural coverage continues for a decade. The relationship doesn't end at the keys.
