Anytime from design through pre-foundation is ideal. The earlier you reserve, the more input you have on floor plan, finishes, and millwork. Once we're past framing the menu of changes shrinks.
Pre-foundation: layout tweaks, exterior changes, full finish package, optional rooms or suites. Mid-construction: interior finishes, millwork, fixtures, paint. Late-stage: cosmetic selections only.
Yes. Once a presale agreement is signed, the price is locked at that day's quote. You're protected from material cost increases and market shifts during the build window.
